This was an okay read for me, considering I got it for free. It was a nice little read, but it was kind of confusing. There were parts that didn’t make a lot of sense to me, even when I re-read them, and some of the wording was weird too. For example, Nathan had “lips that made fruit jealous.” I’m still trying to understand that metaphor. I liked some of the creative language used; it was just really confusing at times which made it problematic. All in all, it was an okay story, but not something that I would probably read again.
*Edit* So, this book was recommended to me when I was shopping, and I only now realized it’s the third book in a series. So, this book would probably make more sense if I’d read the other two first.
